I’m happy you like my trans girl suguru :D. My headcanons for her are:

  • She knows she’s a girl from a very young age. Like, super self-aware about that.
  • Starts presenting more femininely or androgynously when she starts going to Jujutsu High. But still essentially in the closet/boymoding.
  • Starts transitioning when she defects. DIY everything.
  • Likes how small she feels standing next to Satoru.
