Fushiguro is tsumiki's mom's surname, toji took that surname for his own benefits and stability (i hate that woman tbh) So logically "mamaguro" is tsumiki's mom not megumi's. Unfortunately we don't even know what was megumi's mom's name, who was also toji's one and only love :(

Yeah i am aware of that 😔 It’s really unfortunate. And the mamaguro name stuck because otherwise we don’t really have anything to call her. though the ship name is tomema so ig the japanese fandom would call her mema (megumi’s mom)?
