Well, Geto isn’t a man, he’s a character, a part of a narrative. And even though it’s not intentional, I think people can still read parts of Geto’s story as analogous to the female experience, can’t they? 🤔 It doesn’t harm anyone and is meaningful to them personally so I say live and let live.

And anon, it’s not only Kenjaku who’s got associations with motherhood. Cursed Spirit Manipulation uses curse energy to store cursed spirits, so it functions somewhat like pregnancy. “Womb profusion”, which features headless pregnant women, belongs to Geto (given that Yuuta in Gojo’s body uses Infinite Void). And the worm called Geto mother, lol.

I can go on and on, but that’s the gist of it. I’m telling you there’s a reason why the Geto ~~ motherhood association is a thing in the fandom. It didn’t come out of nowhere.
