tl;dr: i use massive blockchain scripts to block users who specifically seem into fanwank/drama/harassment etc, but sometimes innocent people are caught in the crossfire. it's no joke to say i have over 100,000 users blocked last time i checked, but less than a handful i would say were manual blocks (aka specifically going to the profile and blocking myself.)
