waduh, i honestly don't know either... 😭 but one thing that slowly helped me is realizing that i don't have to become the most interesting person in the room just to deserve a conversation. you don't have to impress people, you just have to take the first step. kadang kita terlalu sibuk ngebayangin semua kemungkinan buruk di kepala padahal belum tentu orang lain mikir sejauh itu. terus jangan ngebebanin diri buat langsung akrab because relationships take time. gak apa-apa kalau hari ini cuma berani bilang satu atau dua kalimat, besok mungkin bisa sedikit lebih panjang, dan lusa mungkin udah mulai nyaman. small conversations are still conversations, and small progress is still progress. everyone grows at a different pace, and that's completely okay darling 🤍
