op is right onedoors moved on when similar things happened with wh and sh, which is why it feels strange that everyone is suddenly demanding so much from jh now, as if they can’t move on with their lives unless he personally apologizes. if we’re going to demand an apology from him, then the same standard should apply to the others too. accountability shouldn’t suddenly become stricter just because it’s jh.
and i agree with you and understand the frustration. people tried to demand accountability then but it was also met with pushback from other fans and as frustrating as it was, it became understandably tiring and so people moved on to focus on other things they can work on in the fandom. i hear you, but there is only so much a fandom, particularly this fandom, can handle at a time. accountability became stricter because people are now waking up and realizing and are also fed up with how things are swept under the rug. it's unfortunate that it had to be jh but it's just as unfortunate when it was the other members. let's all just please focus on the task at hand which is having the company/jh acknowledge the whole thing
