i swear im not ruining the party here but it just comes to my mind all of a sudden esp seeing the reactions from the kside when mk is mentioned in the drm hanging out discussion. i have a theory that kdrmzens hate the idea of mk hanging out with drm bcs they got reminded how mk 'escaped' from their shadow of control. they hated how they think they can control them forever and when mk finally left the group they felt like they got betrayed and realized things dont work like how they truly wanted. and while intl side always continue to cherish 7dream, they curse us saying we're the crazy one bcs we're siding with drm betraying them. and i hate it how much toxic their mindset is bcs they seem like they cant accept the act of cherishing mk as a member for 10 years and if they do interact openly the world is jinjja ending. i really hope drm and mk continue supporting towards eo no matter the reaction from the kside bcs at the end of the day you cant just erase those 10-13 years of friendship just like that esp when you end things not bcs of friendship but just ended up walking different paths.
it really is just that 😭 i cant fathom how just... unfeeling? some peopke can be. i need some kind of census to be done on that side of the fandom because they've been moving insane since the day he left i swear no on even grieved or anything they just flipped the switch on him immediately and it's crazy. ofc it's not EVERY kdreamzen but how did all those years of being a fan and liking him vanish into thin air just because he decided he wanted something for himself outside of the group and the obviously hectic and unsustainable system he was working in. it was such a healthy beautiful departure where nothing changed between dream and everyone was on good terms as we saw with all the dreamies supporting him .. everything unfolded in a way where you'd think the fans would be supportive of his decision ( while still being sad obvi) but no 😭😭😭 it's been nothing but rumors about him being in a cult, leaving nct to start said cult, his manager feeding him these ideas and driving him from the group etc and even going as far as to attack chenle when he commented on his post the other day 😭😭😭 like you said they're taking it as a betrayal and can't accept the fact that mark put himself first before their own wishes and the group. i really wish 7dream never stop interacting and loving each other loudly but the way the whole chenle thing went down is scaring me 😭😭😭 yk sm loves appeasing kfans more than anything and if they're this upset... ahhdnsjjssb i don't even wanna think of it. DONT LISTEN TO THOSE SCHIZOS. 7DREAM FOREVER. also lol? i didn't know they were on ifans asses too 😭😭😭
