ok i thought about it real hard and i think what i would do is harmonize the lore of the original run with the 90's run and just. ignore. what they did in the 00's run entirely. i do not care for any of the things introduced really. and it certainly did not meaningfully expand on anything so...

ah but once the two canons were somewhat smooshed together i would really want to explore more adventures! the creeper would perhaps not be some grand overarching plot type of character but would make for a lot of really fun and zany "monster of the week" type adventures. perhaps a few issues for each adventure, which could give time to perhaps establish some reoccurring faces? ah and it would be fun to explore the creeper's relationship with the hero community at large since his place in it is... well, a bit unclear!

it would be cool to have him cross with other oddball ips like etrigan&jason blood, witch boy klarion, the question, ect.... i still hold the creeper/hawk&dove crossover issue close to my heart HA! it was so much fun seeing hank and creeper interact you know??
