Tricky question, because a lot of archetypes these days are handled by subclasses, making full classes entire delving concepts.

I'd make a martial who commands a retinue. Like a beastmaster ranger, but for people. If the beastmaster was its own class (which it should be), it'd be a subclass for that. But as it stands, it could be its own class quite easily.
