While I've been slowly catching up on Ibuki's Stories for the sake of my papers, I have to micro dose canon Ibuki content or I get stomach ulcers. So, I don't think I'm the best person to ask an absolute question about what's happening with his canon storyline. There have been other things Ibuki and others have said that allude to adultification, even if not referencing it more outright as Ibuki did in that scene with Nice in Kagetsuden. But, again, I'm not going to be the best source here.
