Thinking about yuji accidentally hitting megumi with a black flash mid argument.

It started over something stupid but turned into a full on heated argument, megumi having the habit of getting handsy in every fight. He'd jab his finger in yujis chest. Pushing him away and grabbing his shirt, pulling him around.

Yuji always holding back because he knew he's stronger. He could twist the hand grabbing his collar and break the fragile bone on the wirst. But he just takes it.

Until he doesn't.
Megumi keeps dragging it out even when he accepts its his fault, he says sorry. It wasn't even his fault but he just wanted to end it, but megumi refused to let it go. Screaming at him while pulling him back and forth by the grip on his hoodie. Yuji grabs his fist very gently to pry his hand off. He even asks politely.

"Megumi. Get your hands off of me". He doesn't listen, instead looks at him like he said something wrong. "Or else what?". And he pulls him again. It annoys yuji, he stays silent doesn't mean he will be treated like crap.

"Let go of me. We can talk like decent people". And it enraged megumi more, now going off about how yuji sees him as someone whos immature. Yuji sighs, trying to get his hands away.

Then he pushes his finger in his chest, it makes him wanna break it. He frowns, still holding back, asking him again to stop. He doesn't, so yuji grabs his wrist and forcefully moves his hand away, pushing megumi away as well.

He stumbles back a little, very much shocked because how dare he fight back?? "How dare you push me???". And he moves to grab yuji by collar, but he was already on his limit.

Yuji meant to push him away. But he was just so mad, frustrated and fed up. He didn't even know how it came, he didn't even intended to hit him- let alone with a black flash. Full force at that.

It happened so fast, megumis back hitting the dressing table behind him, breaking the whole thing before hitting the floor. It was so loud, yuji didn't even realise what happened. He just watched in horror, not being able to move.

Megumis body stiff, completely frozen for a few seconds before he coughed blood. Curling up and hugging himself, voice stuck in his throat. His eyes teared up, feeling every bone in his body break, but the trauma was so bad he couldn't make a sound.

It was only moments later when he gasped, whimpering and gasping for air, tears running down his eyes and blood from his mouth did make yuji snap.

Running to him and panicking, muttering how sorry he is. Explaining how he didn't mean it like megumi was listening to him.

Yuji crying more while the doctors handle his boyfriend since shoko could only save him from dying, rest was on the doctors. The impact was so bad, he bad spinal damage, broken ribs, a dislocated shoulder, brain damage and a broken arm. His lungs were affected as well.

It would take him months to recover and being able to walk again, getting migraines because of the brain injury and needing therapy to get over the trauma.

He eventually forgives yuji. But grows anxious everytime they have a slight disagreement. He'd immediately take the blame to end it, moving 5 feet away from yuji over any minor inconvenience.

It takes him some time till he's comfortable with physical touch again, and a lot of encouragement to being able to express himself again.

Maybe in future over another disagreement yuji would corner him and say "do you wanna get hit again? This time I will make sure you can't walk ever".
