what's your e/hrt regimen and what kind of workouts do you do? :3

i usually like to keep that to myself really hope thats okay. but my workout routine is pretty simple. i do some lunges, planks, bicycle crunches, squats, burpees. the amount i do depends on the day. my goal is always 15 repetitions 3 sets each. but i do more or less depending on how i'm feeling. always listen to your body it will let you know when enough is enough. don't push yourself to do a certain amount. more will come as you practice and exercise more. also experiment with other exercises. everyone is different and some people do better or worse with certain ones
