i started posting in public on february 2026, but i drew erotic stuff in private before.

in 2013 i drew a topless picture of an original character in my sketchbook.
in 2023 i drew many pictures of a character i liked. again in late 2025 with a different character, but i didn't post any of these pictures publicly because i wasn't satisfied with the quality.

also, fanbases are volatile in their reception of erotic work, and i would have been too stressed to cope with being a target of that reception.

i started posting in public because:
- i did not like the idea that i would die and nobody would see the cute sex pictures i draw... everyone knows about tezuka's sexy mice drawings nowadays but people die every day and we'll never get to see their erotic work
- it's fun... i'd like to visually communicate the joy i received from looking at the sexual artwork of my favourite artists
- i still have very specific tastes that are not satisfied by looking at others work
- i don't feel stress about anyone's perception of myself anymore, possibly because i became physical uncle age, and maybe because i ceased friendship with people who valued the sanctity of cartoons over the autonomy of humans
