I sent a previous message, but I don't know if you saw it. I am a rather silent follower. I had previously been diagnosed with OSDD, yet had troubles fully opening up to my therapist fully as others kept getting in the way. Seeing you talk about your issues openly and answer questions gave me courage to try and open up more to my psychatrist. My diagnosis got changed to DID after a long session with many test.
