Wriothesley getting Freminet pregnant and Freminet having to hide it from his siblings
++ I imagine if the kid was born he'd look at it as if a stranger, he knows hes supposed to love it but just looking at it makes him sick. He can't care for it and never wanted it but he doesn't want to be like his father.
okay so pregnant freminet is not my thing however i do like to think about the aftermath :> i agree that he would have a really hard time seeing his child and feeling any sort of connection towards it regardless of the circumstances. i like when a character who was deeply traumatized by the death of their parent(/s) has a deep rooted fear of passing that trauma onto their own kid.. and knowing freminet’s lifestyle, he’s not headed towards a death any more peaceful than his mother’s. so his brain would just refuse to accept the baby.
i could see him bringing the kid to the house of the hearth and raising it as sibling at arm’s length… he doesn’t want to be a dad, but he knows how to be a decent brother
(sorry to anyone else who mentioned pregnant freminet,, i can only really get with it if i make it sad sorry sorry sorry)
