hello anon! i love pilates related questions. 😆 shocks i checked my home studio na maraming branches. sadly puro metro manila lang sila huhu. pero if you google and check the studios near your area for sure may lalabas sa ig! i suggest try the one that fits most to your budget kasi mahal mag-group class ng pilates. 😂 you can see also sa posts nung studios if may community na sila nabuilt from there you can gauge if bet mo vibe ni studio or not.

for your first class bili ka na ng grip socks sa shopee! there are some studios that sell onsite kaso mahal. for prep naman, you can look up videos online on how the flow usually goes. if meron kang experience with mat pilates even at home medyo similar yung movements. masmahirap lang mat pilates than reformer. 😆 tbh kaya ko gusto pilates and yoga kasi i like low impact work outs pero the burn is as effective as high impact ones! if you have any specifc questions, let me know also and i'll try my best to answer it. good luck with your pilates journey! 🤗💓🎀
