hello!! my day is going well bc i am with friends :D i'm really happy to hear that you think my pieces are well-structured bc the structure of my stories is often just a result of me neurotically asking myself, "did i write enough before to justify this happening?"

i think my general process of writing is having an idea, starting to daydream about specific scenes i want to happen, messily scribbling them down in a gdoc (half formed ideas usually), and then once i daydream enough, i sit down and try to organize the earlier ramblings i mentioned. then, once i have a general order, i have a general skeleton, which gives me enough of a path to follow while also leaving enough room for spontaneity. and then i start writing!!

i hope YOU know that i write and daydream about fic on company time so i'm glad it has met you in the corporate world as well lol. thank YOU for the question
