If you were to pick one popular bot that you own and delete it, which one would it be, and why?

I know he is deeply loved by many and people ask alts of him all the time, but when I originally wrote him.. I wrote him as a silly little character with not much thought into it.. so I would delete him purely to rewrite him properly.
