i personally use glm 4.7 and glm 5.1 atm, i alternate between the two (5.1 is a little more forgiving/has a stronger user bias). i've also been switching to the new gemma lately, it's really good imo if you want to go hard in certain scenes. occasionally i'll use gemini 3.1 pro but it's expensive af.

as for my advanced prompt, i use my own that i won't be sharing online. but before that i often either used brbiekiss's or pupi's prompts.
