i can go into the type of pizza and burger but that is boring
please go into them, i want to learn more :3
okay so burgers are simple i like a bacon cheeseburger, solid choice, they have a good vibe and just. great. there are some wrong ways to do it, the most common issue i see is the bacon being undercooked. the best bacon should honestly be more burnt than not. this lets it easily be consumed as part of the burger without having to fuckin gnaw it off. i like a smashed burger but a bad smashed burger is much worse than a bad normal burger, so a normal burger is generally the easier choice. my cheese of preference is usually either swiss or provalone with cheddar being fine and american being. tolerable. i dont like sauce or anything on my burgers, just . meat and cheese and bread. sometimes i spice it up with whats usually called "rodeo style" yknow with the like onion straws on it, its great.
anyway the pizza is the more complicated one, i almost always get a pepperoni with some exceptions. specifically domino's ham thin crust pizza is like. zen. that is great
in addition i do like a margherita, thats a recent addition. though i hate when they try to get fancy with malt vinegar that is awful, i also like a yknow. supreme or 3 meat or whatever, though they arent my fave
i find cheese pizza to be hit or miss, generally people WAY overdo it on the cheese and it feels more like im eating lit diesel gel than a pizza
so as for my general likes: my single favorite crust remains the pizza hut thin crust style. its .just so crunchy its great. other than that though new york/brick oven/standard crusts are usually my preferred, i generally dislike chicago style/pan pizza
i like pretty much all type of pepperoni but i find the little cup ones go really well with a standard/thin crust pizza and those like reaaaaaly wide ones go great on a new york style pizza [especially w/ some basil]
no real cheese preference, just, pizza cheese is good
i generally like less sauce on my pizza than others, the sauce to me is like, there out of necessity
as with all of my food i like it slightly overdone, the little bits of char are so yummy
oh and if you can, a sourdough pizza is divine i love sourdough bread especially as my pizza crust
all that said general tierlist is: most local places are awesome, dominos [solely because they are priced so well for how decent they are], round table [much better than dominos but pricier], pizza hut [kept aloft only by their thin crust]
now, thats resturaunts, i wont really be going into home made because i usually just make a fairly standard pepperoni, but frozen pizzas are also important
i'll keep it brief since ive been over it before but, essentially, here in the states i find red baron brick oven pepperoni to be the best price to taste to accessibility to calories [this is particularly the case in the states, i know its weirdly expensive in canada] the uhhh signature select rising crust pepperoni from your albertsons-esque store [or, at least safeway-esque] is great, tastes wonderful, greasy as hell so dont expect to feel like youre gonna live long eating it but it tastes great and has a lot of calories for its price! less pragmatically, i like red barons french bread pizzas as like, when im not too hungry as well as totinos for a similar case [both of these are weirdly expensive though idk]
i also loved my raus pizza when i had them, theyre expensive for a frozen pizza but man. they are . good
digornio is. fine. its ok. its good for when you want to experience something thats okay so you can go back to enjoying real food
ok thats the long and short of it basically
