"everytime I try myself at any form of art it ends up a disaster" does a bird's first song rattle the wind and sky? is a lion's first roar his mightiest? your joy will be found in the process of making stuff you like, and the end product existing for you to trace your progress.
No, I simply do other things instead of that, mostly tinkering with computers as you'd probably know. I take joy in fixing broken systems and turning electronic waste into something brimming with new purpose in the same way an artist takes joy in drawing/creating music/writing poetry.
I mean maybe I could try poetry but my brain isn't exactly great at finding rhymes :p
