there aren't, at least in terms of like tokimeki memorial-level Video Games. i've played plenty of visual novels but finding actual dating sims with gameplay in them beyond reading and choice making are few and far between.
as for which visual novels i've read, ive read a number-- nadia nova's visual novels (can you say my name again, slime feet, etc) are always interesting meditations on Being A Pervert (positive); colin spacetwinks has a number i've enjoyed like Symbiotic Fursuit; I Know The Devil is also good- short but a lovely moodpiece. but sadly i dont have any dating sims i remember playing besides like Kramer's Hentai Adventure or whatever bullshit was on newgrounds
