How often do you usually get commissions that has characters or ocs being trans?

So far, I don't think I really got a commission for any trans characters. The most I have done in the past was some futanari commissions in the past. Not sure why, maybe people are afraid I would reject them for one reason or another. Maybe ill get one in the future.
