When/if playing a sandbox game, which would you go for first: Bigass explosion or diabolical human blender?

Oddly enough neither! I don't play a lot of sandbox games, but on the rare occasion I do, the first thing I always do is check the parts list to see where the programmable parts are. I find most sandbox games pretty disappointing.
