How do you motivate yourself to write? I struggle with motivation and low self esteem as a writer and get really discouraged with the lack of engagement on my fics. Do you have any advice for me? Also I love your fics sm!!

As for motivation it really depends on the person. I write mostly for myself, but engagement definitely helps! I, too, sometimes feel discouraged when I don't get interactions.
The easiest thing for me is to re-read my previous chapter to get back into the world. Or just write little drabbles to get those juices flowing. Sometimes the most important thing is to get the words OUT. Then come back to it a different day, with fresh eyes and see what you can make of it.
Keep doing your best and don't let low engagement get to you. It's much harder than it sounds, I know. But I believe in you!
