If you could live anywhere in the world, and money was no object, what city or cities would you, the reader, live in?

Somewhere in Bavaria, Germany. I was born within Bavaria, and so far Germany is the only other country outside of North America I’ve stayed overnight as a financially independent adult, so I have first hand experience that it’s a fine nation.

vanouver BC so far is the best place ive been, i loved my time in vancouver and would give up. so much to be able to live there long term. admittedly, ive not been to a lot of cities, pretty much just a few in the southwest and in the PNW. so there is time for me to find other beloveds [im still eying victoria or nanaimo, not to mention anywhere in western EU]. but like idk i love where i live now, but, vancouver is just. the town for me so far, i have so many reasons to love it

portland, or. or maybe seoul or stockholm or amsterdam. i would not be opposed to living in one place and travelling between others, tho

i would honestly love the ability to bounce between HK, probably osaka or tokyo, and vancouver tbh
three lovely cities, each with their own thing about them that i love, probably would spend most of the time in vancouver, but spend a month or two each in HK and japan before coming back

I moved to Singapore because I felt it was a nice place to live. I still feel that way, so I wouldn't mind staying. Other than that, I probably wouldn't mind Hanoi, Hamburg or Andorra.

I would split my time between Seattle, Vancouver, Tulsa (if the politics in OK improved), Chicago, and Connecticut. Probably a few weeks at a time.
