I feel he's correct. The only thing that is changing is the skin-tone of the [implied] man who is fucking some hentai babe. Even under the most generous of interpretations where we assume it's done for the sake of allowing viewers to pick the penis that most resembles their own, like, Maybe -needing- the on-screen penis to match your race At All Times is a questionable viewer habit to indulge?
