has your szpd diagnosis ever limited/restricted you in some way? Do you think it's worth getting diagnosed if someone suspects having it or are there downsides to a diagnosis
I don't know about where you live but where I am, there have been no downsides to getting an official diagnosis. It hasn't limited or restricted me in any way.
"Is it worth it?" If you want to be completely sure about what you have. Sure.
