Do know how much bigger you can get before you either become immobile or your body can no longer adapt? On the same topic, do you think your skin will have a limit for how much it can be stretched before it gets too thin or do you think it can go on forever?
I've no idea how much bigger I can physically get, but I'm sure there's an eventual hard limit. Zorb implants allow me to take as much as the weight off as I want by replacing saline with gas, so that can help if my muscles can't take it.
There's lots of things that could impose limits. My skin's elasticity, circulatory system, skeleton, muscles, center of gravity, living situation... all sorts. At some point the risk of bursting itself could be immobilising 💦
