I don't really have a size goal, other than to gradually keep pushing and experience how it changes my daily life. I really wanted to cross the "bigger than most will tolerate" threshold and into the "beyond reasonable, actually dangerous" sizes - which I think I've accomplished :3c
The creaking is never annoying or startling for myself, but it definitely startles and unnerves others. Everyone knows what a creaking balloon sounds like, but I guess you're never quite ready to hear it coming from a person's body. To be honest I feel a little thrill every time someone looks at me in disbelief, which quickly turns to fear/horror when it clicks that it's my actual body that's so aggressively stretched. As for how heavy, they're basically full of water... so "back-breaking lye heavy" is a great way to describe it. Eventually I'll be switching to lighter implants that'll roughly halve the weight.
