PowerPoints. I make them and make it as vague as possible about what I need to be studying then present it to myself and talk about the material listed in it until I remember. It’s probably extra but it helps when I need to lock in

I try to study with friends, it's more entertaining and we all help each other. But when I don't, I just try to memorize everything.
