I feel very excited and optimistic about it! I did have to tamper down my expectations for it a bit in the beginning when stuff was still coming out about it tho lmoa
(Craig said the writing would be geared towards an even younger audience than the first and that made me go weh ok it can still be a cute watch! Even if I don’t like it, it won’t ruin what I liked about the first one and can understand it’s not made for the old fans in mind and simply see it as its own new thing)
— The original show ended in a place where like there could have been more but also if that was it, it was still fine!
The new stuff I’ve seen so far looks very cute to me!! Lotta stuff I would enjoy! Cedric and Nettle might have more reoccurring roles and the new friend group looks very cute!! New baby creatures like puppycorn and dragon kitties very adorable! Would want toys of them lmoa
Also the protector stuff that I didn’t like from the first show is being pushed to be touched on til like much later so I’m like thank gosh lmoa
— there is new princess that looks like she’s made for the bby girls that like dark and creepy stuff so I’m excited to meet her!
