No, I'm far too unobservant and easily bored to do a fully top-down managerial role such as Handler. Also I assume we're playing in the space of Mechsploitation specifically, so that is coloring my response here. Anyways, I feel like how a Handler/Pilot relation works is largely dependent on the pilot. But personally, I'd like to embody a kind of detached affirmation that'd make a certain, needy kind of pilot crave my approval and push themselves to impress me. Mold my pilot into a dedicated, obedient little thing who puts her head on my knee to silently beg for my affection. Pet her like a cat in the lap of a villain. That kind of Handler (:
