Thought I'd answered a question like this back in April, not quite though. I think it depends on the context. A regular bunnysuit is already plenty good and revealing on its own, good for like. Servers at fancy parties, or casinos, et cetera. I think if you're going to be exposed to several people, and the intent is not having sex with at least a majority of them, generally the normal bunnysuit is already good enough on its own.
If the situation is more intimate however, reverse bunnysuit is a perverts' goldmine. Though nonsensical, still gives the illusion of being clothed while not actually leaving anything important covered. Lets you do fun things with pasties/other body covers if you're wanting to still cover up a little bit. Bunny tail butt plug. Et cetera.
So yes, either is good, depending on the context, however in majority of cases I lean towards the normal one.
