what is your damage actually. i might be a man, but i am intersex too and was unfortunately cursed with the misfortune of period cramps as much as binary people have. i’ve had them so bad that i have been hospitalized multiple times over these and thrown up blood, so no, i don’t really think periods are exaggerated at all.
