I’m saying this because it’s clear this approach isn’t working for you. You keep trying to restrict so much that you end up binging, and it just puts you right back where you started or worse. That cycle is exhausting and it’s not getting you the results you want.
If you really want to make progress, you’re going to have to find a different way, something you can actually stick to. Pushing your body into extremes over and over is only going to keep you stuck.

wait this crazy i’m just seeing this and i literally just started making this a thread !!! i haven’t gone grocery shopping in weeks but my diet consists of basically sweet potatoes, broccoli, eggs, cottage cheese, greek yog, canned tuna, oats, protein powder, salad greens/cucumbers/carrots/veg/etc, beans, shrimp, & cheese sticks. trying to learn to get comfortable making meat
